Secure the bottom of the machine with one hand, and with the other, hold one side of the dust cup without the filter. Then, lift the other side of the dust cup, which contains the filter, in an upward direction to remove the entire dust cup. To take out the filters, lift the dust cup cap and remove the metal mesh filter. Secure the metal mesh filter, and rotate the red ring at the bottom of it in a clockwise direction to extract the HEPA filter inside.

Press the dust cup release button located on the bottom to open the bottom cover, allowing you to easily pour out the accumulated trash. Gently wash the HEPA filter with cool clean tap water, repeating the process of washing the inside and outside until the water runs clear. Gently tap the filter unit to remove any excess water, then leave all washable parts to dry completely for a minimum of 24 hours.
